About Politics
Before discussing spiritual practice, let me first respond to a political related question. Some people asked, “Does Heaven allow war to happen?” Wars are consequences of accumulated cause-and-effect (karma) power to a certain point. It is like water just overflowing when a cup becomes full. Currently, several countries possess nuclear weapons and if any seeks provocation or profit through conflict, war is difficult to avoid. If the situation worsens, Heaven will open dimensional portals to lift away those with sufficiently high spiritual level. Some call this process the Great Shift. Thanks to the assistance of many compassionate Heavenly Beings, this Great Shift has been postponed. Of course, Heavenly Beings underwent a long time discussion.
The postponement of the Great Shift means we still have time to help more people. How many times have we been forgiven? I cannot calculate it. Countless acts of compassionate forgiveness have been given, all in the hope that humanity may choose a more moral way of life. Differences Among Spiritual Teachers
I previously used an analogy: This world is like a video game that people are playing. Therefore, the right spiritual path is like a game guide. Everything a genuine spiritual teacher shares can be viewed as a strategy guide for the game. The key word here is “genuine,” because many people merely claim to be spiritual teachers without truly being one.
What does a genuine spiritual teacher look like? Previously, I shared an image of a Heavenly Being appearing in a form of light. A true spiritual teacher may outwardly look just like an ordinary person, but they must possess inside the same kind of light as that Heavenly Being. There are many levels in the spiritual realm, and the inner light of spiritual teachers also vary in strength. This is similar to the way there are different levels of schools and teachers in the human world.
Words of wisdom can be spoken by anyone, and behavior can also be imitated. For those without spiritual sight, it is difficult to recognize a true spiritual teacher. Relying only on external information to make judgments can lead to mistakes. This is why people are often deceived, and why dark beings are able to infiltrate many places.
A spiritual teacher must carry inner light and be able to continuously receive light from the Divine Source, so that they can help their disciples and the world. This is because a spiritual teacher is constantly expending their own light energy. This is not actually easy work. If they are unable to replenish enough light energy in time, they may even fall into hell for a period of time. There is no need to envy spiritual teachers who are popular, or to wish to be that popular. The more disciples a teacher has, the faster his or her light energy is depleted.
Methods of Meditation
People are born into this world, and taught the knowledge of this world. In order to rediscover our true nature and find the way back home, we must learn the knowledge of Heavenly Worlds and correct our behavior. If the knowledge we learned carries a low vibrational frequency and we identify with it, our vibration frequency will continue to decrease. For example, if we accept hunting as a way of life, we would choose to hunt for a living. However, killing keeps lowering our vibrational frequency, making it impossible for us to return to our original world.
In addition to learning higher knowledge and correcting our behavior, we also have to practice meditation. Meditation is a well-known spiritual practice. However, there are many different methods of meditation. Generally speaking, those who wish to practice meditation should follow a vegan diet so that their body’s energy remains cleaner. Otherwise, it is difficult for most people to sit in meditation for more than five minutes. When people engage in spiritual practices without following a vegan diet, high-frequency and low-frequency energies coexist within their bodies, which can lead to various problems.
Some teachers only teach very simple meditation methods, such as sitting and counting the breath. These simple meditations can help clear distracting thoughts and calm the mind. This can be seen as a basic stage of spiritual practice. There are also those who teach chakra meditation. Since energy tends to gather where attention is focused, this can create certain reactions in the body. Personally, I don’t think there is a need to try every chakra just for the sake of experiencing the sensation of bodily vibration.
Advanced meditation is a method of concentrating attention on the center of the eyebrows (the third eye). Some individuals may thereby unlock certain abilities. However, the spiritual realm is vast and boundless, and without the guidance of a teacher or mentor, it is easy to become lost. Those who do not have a comprehensive understanding of the spiritual realm may not be able to tell which level of beings they are encountering.
For example, some people take psychedelic substances and enter some kind of worlds, where they encounter some beings. These beings may claim to be gods, and many people believe and then worship them. There are also many temples and shrines that worship so called Gods and Buddhas, but in fact may be some beings from the ghost kingdoms. Such cases are very common. Therefore, it is best to find a genuine spiritual teacher and receive proper guidance from them.
In our world, frequency is expressed in two forms: light and sound. In the higher Heavenly Worlds, frequency is more unified and singular, so the distinction between light and sound becomes less significant. Light is sound, and sound is light. A third-eye-focused meditation method is like “watching,” so it is called Guan-Guang (observing light). Since our world contains both light and sound, a complete meditation method should include both Guan-Guang (observing light) and Guan-Yin (listening to sound). In other words, it involves not only seeing, but also hearing.
One may progress to a certain level by only seeing without listening, as long as moral precepts are maintained. However, if one follows a teacher from the higher Heavenly Realms and learns a complete meditation method, progress can be much faster. It is like having the map of a maze.
The Importance of a Living Spiritual Master
I simply point out the path and offer explanations. I am not a Master who accept disciples, so there are things I cannot explain in detail. For example, I once mentioned that it is sufficient to start with the heart chakra and the chakras above it when talking about chakra meditation. I was not giving instruction; I simply felt that there is no need to activate certain chakras. In addition, the chakras above the heart chakra include the third eye chakra, which is easily accessible to those who study chakra meditation. What a person chooses to learn falls within the realm of free will, and I do not interfere with that choice.
A complete meditation method can only be taught with Heaven’s permission. There are many reasons for this restriction. The main reasons are as follows: First, this world was created as a place for experience, adventure and challenge. Therefore, many Heavenly Beings do not directly appear to teach people, out of respect for the game rules. Second, many beings are unable to graduate because they keep failing and repeating. Hence, some compassionate Heavenly Beings are permitted to come and help by offering remedial guidance. Third, one has to be powerful enough to do this, because accepting disciples depletes the Master’s light energy.
Why does it consume light energy? A true Master must connect their own light with the light of their disciples when accepting them as disciples. This creates an exchange of energy. As a result, the Master’s vibrational frequency is lowered, while the disciples’ vibrational frequency is raised. This is how the Master is able to elevate the disciples. Afterward, the disciples must continue to practice consistently in order to stabilize their vibrational frequency.
We are constantly exchanging energy with the people and environments around us. Because we are constantly exchanging energy, it is very important who we choose to follow as a Master. If one follows beings with a very low vibrational frequency, their own vibrational frequency will also decrease.
Another consequence of energy exchange is that there must always be living spiritual Masters present on Earth. Otherwise, the third density of Earth would gradually become like a hellish world. In the beginning, certain dark beings were allowed to exist in this world, so that beings could experience adventure and challenge. Later on, those who came to experience this world repeatedly chose the path of darkness, because they had lost their memory. This situation makes the vibrational frequency of this world remain very low. If no one continues the work, the light energy brought by a spiritual Master will gradually fade away.
Therefore, those who wish to embark on the spiritual path are generally advised to seek guidance from a living spiritual Master. At the same time, one may pray to the Highest God for protection and discernment, so as to distinguish between who is genuine and who is merely an imitation. Some individuals are able to learn on their own, as they originate from higher worlds and are also supported by spiritual guides, angels, or friends. The Importance of Plant-Based Diet Policies
Because adopting a plant-based diet is a fundamental condition for a smooth and peaceful transition to higher density, I encourage people to learn from one another’s policies and promote them accordingly. If this falls under national governance, it can be implemented and promoted by national authorities. If it falls under local administration, then it can be promoted by local governing bodies. Many cities and countries are currently implementing plant-based diet policies, which is a very positive development.
Dietary changes affect many different sectors, so cross-departmental collaboration is required. Below are examples of countries that have implemented national policies promoting dietary transformation for your reference.

Since they are the result of cross-departmental discussions, their approaches to collaboration and implementation are worth studying and referencing. However, there is one issue with these policies: If the goal is only to reduce meat consumption by a certain percentage by 2030, then it is too slow. Our environmental challenges do not allow for such delays. After all, environmental degradation is not caused by diet alone. Some countries have climate-related technologies. These various factors are placing significant pressure on the global environment.
We have been able to survive up to now due to the continuous assistance of Heavenly Beings and spiritual practitioners on Earth. The rate of temperature increase has already entered an accelerated phase, and we would not be able to survive without their support. I will further organize and review the policies of different cities and countries, so that people can use them as references for implementation. I will also continue to follow up on the progress being made.
According to the latest information, around one billion individuals have already transcend the reincarnation system, approximately 16% of world population. In addition, an interstellar friend from several million light-years away have brought methods for cooling the planet. With these developments, it may be possible for us to successfully transition into a higher density.
The Universe’s Plan for Souls
When I talk about deeper spiritual concepts, I often compare them to video games. Since most people in this world are familiar with video games, it makes these ideas much easier to understand. Still, there are some things this analogy cannot fully explain.
The higher Heavens were created long before the lower worlds. Later, the material world was created so that souls could go through all kinds of adventures and challenges. But if souls that descend here for these adventures keep choosing the path of darkness, they continue to fall into lower realms. Some people might think, “I’m here for the adventure anyway, and I don’t mind ending up in hell.”However, the real question is this: Once you have chosen the path of darkness and fallen into hell, how do you find your way back to the higher worlds?
We must first “take a shower” before going home, because we’ve gotten so dirty after running around and exploring everywhere. And there has to be a bathroom if we want to take a shower. In other words, there has to be a place where souls can learn again and cleanse themselves before they can return to the higher worlds. Therefore, this is the problem for those souls on Earth who refuse to “take a shower”: There are no other bathrooms.
Missing the chance to return to Heaven this time, those who choose the path of darkness may remain in hell for a very, very long time. Until another compassionate Heavenly Being creates another world for you to learn and cleanse yourselves. For souls that originally come from higher Heavens, this is a great loss. And there are also many who are deceived…
Heaven’s plan for souls is to help as many lost souls as possible find their way home. This also elevates the collective state of consciousness in the universe. The third density of each planet is generally similar. Most third-density worlds exist for this process of experience. Many planets have destroyed themselves because their inhabitants became lost in darkness and fell into dark worlds (hell). Of course, there are also many planets that have successfully transitioned into higher, heavenly worlds. Now, there are many friends from different planets observing and assisting us from around us.
So I hope people are aware of what they are truly engaging in—for example, those who open dark portals and worship dark entities. Stop planning events such as releasing viruses, staged alien invasions, or false returns of Jesus Christ. At the same time, I want to remind everyone to maintain your connection with Heaven, strengthen your discernment, and turn your attention inward. No matter what others do, choosing the path back to Heaven is ultimately your own choice. You have to walk it through in order to truly return home. Would you abandon the journey just because someone disturbs you along the way?

Let me make one thing clear: We are constantly looking for ways to help everyone. However, for those who refuse to accept help, we respect your free will.
The Ascension and Fall of the Soul
Here is a brief answer to questions about the previous section. Some spiritual messages tell people that there hell does not exist, it is all created by ourselves, the soul is always safe, and so on. This is also correct, because it comes from a different level of perspective. Billions of years are just like moments for high Heavenly Beings, because they are eternal. Even if a soul enters hell, it still has the opportunity to be reborn as various forms of life in other worlds, and continue to learn and grow. Even if this process takes millions of years, Heavenly Beings may feel like it is only a brief moment.
The process of souls leaving the higher Heavens to experience “adventures” in different densities carries the possibility of annihilation. Beings who fall too deeply into darkness and refuse to turn back and choose the path of light may eventually be completely destroyed. Therefore, this process is not something that can be undertaken without consequences. For souls who can let go of their attachments and choose the path of light, this journey is safe. However, for souls with deep attachments, this may not always be the case.

There are several different densities within Earth’s time-space field. If we fail to learn higher knowledge and develop higher virtues while living in the third density of Earth, we may enter the realm of ghost (the world of ghosts) after death. Ghosts also gather together and form their own societies and groups, just as humans have societies and countries in the third density where we live. If one joins a vicious ghost society and continues to cause chaos, they will fall into an even lower world. I previously shared a report about a veteran who kept seeing a ghost of a little girl. This was a soul that had not left Earth because of a desire for revenge. She was still a soul, but remained in the fourth density of Earth because of her attachment to revenge, and was called a ghost.
Similarly, if we find teachers from higher Heavens and learn from them, we can elevate ourselves and ascend to higher worlds. The process generally works like this: Regardless of which world we are in, we use the merits we have accumulated to move to a better world and stay there for a period of time. There, we continue learning and accumulating more merits before moving on to an even higher world.
Hence, there must always be a world where beings can live and grow. The vastness of the universe lies in its many densities, and each density contains different levels and worlds. Out of goodwill and compassion, we still urge everyone to choose the path of light and join the heavenly realms.

What I mean is that we have reached the pinnacle of material technological development. To go further, we need the assistance of spiritual wisdom. Otherwise, we can only develop low-level technologies, such as extending the human lifespan through organ transplantation. In the future, you might even attempt to merge machines with the human body. I do not know what kind of life form such a being would be.
Worlds at higher spiritual levels also have technology. They are not as people often imagine, simply living in the wilderness and eating plants. For instance, some planetary civilizations have floating cities in the sky. People there have flying belts that allow them to fly with a simple press of a button. They can roam freely in nature, gathering fruits and vegetables for food. This is not only a matter of anti-gravity technology. Their physical bodies are also lighter and more refined than ours.
Which of these two possible futures do you wish to choose?
